1) What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 1 x 40’RC.
Details loading: 5900 boxes/full cont limes, 4.5kg/box
4000 boxes/full cont dragon fruits, 4 kg/box
2200 boxes/full cont coconut, 9 pcs/box
If you want to load mix many types of fruits, you contact our team to get consult.
2) Do you provide free samples?
Because fresh fruits, it’s hard to ship samples and high cost. We already have the clients in some markets. You are welcome to check our actual goods when container come there. You just tell us then we will send details to let you check our quality products.
3) What is the shipment lead time?
7-10 days since the deposit date.
4) What is your payment terms?
We do accept following payment methods unless being discussed and agreed between both sides in advance
– Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight: L/C opening charge will be at applicant side (Buyer)
– Telex Transfer (T/T): 30% advance deposit and the remaining upon receiving copy of shipping documents by email or fax. Bank transfer charge will be at sender side (Buyer).
5) How about if the quality of container has problem in our destination place?
We always have after sales service and guarantee term to our clients.
You just inform to us and let our team support/handle you in this case. You don’t need to worry so much because we build business in long term way. If we not make you satisfied with our services, will you send us the next orders?
